Elderly companionship — 3 blocks
Weekly visits to 200 older people living alone, with medicine delivery and pension paperwork support.

Kidney screening — 10,000 people
Targeted screening in high-risk groups, with confirmed referral pathways to a nephrologist for anyone who screens positive.
