How it works

From first conversation to final report

1

Scoping call

What your CSR committee has approved, which Schedule VII clause it sits under, the budget, and the geography you need it in.

2

Written proposal

Objectives, activities, beneficiary numbers, a line-item budget, the monitoring plan and the reporting calendar. Usually within ten working days.

3

Due diligence

We hand over registration certificates, three years of audited accounts, the board list and our policy documents as a single pack. This normally takes companies longer than anything else, so we prepare it in advance.

4

MoU and disbursement

Signed agreement with milestones and a disbursement schedule, into a dedicated project account so the funds are traceable.

5

Quarterly reporting

Progress against the agreed indicators, photographs with consent, spend against budget, and a utilisation certificate. Plus a named contact who answers the phone.

6

Impact assessment

An end-of-project report your annual CSR disclosure can cite directly — including anything that underperformed, stated plainly.
